Following a Government consultation in relation to the alignment of Court fees between the Claims Production Centre (CPC) and local Courts a decision has been made that these fees should align with each other.
As we are users of the CPC and, wherever we can, utilise it to commence Court actions we have always taken advantage of the slightly cheaper Court fees. However, as from 18 May the fee difference between the CPC and local Courts will now be aligned which means that the following Court issue fees below in the column headed Court Fee (Local Court) in red will apply when issuing claims as from this date :-

| £200,000.00 | £25 | £10,000 | All fixed recoverable costs and interest |
Also, the Warrant Issue Fee has changed and will be a flat fee of £83, this was previously £110 to issue a paper Warrant and £77 to issue Warrant through CPC.
