Clients can also upload correspondence and new cases, while having the functionality to speak to our client services team directly. Review payments
Every business needs sight of money coming in and out, so Debt Manager has been designed to offer complete transparency when it comes to tracking costs and payments collected throughout the recovery process. From costs incurred for legal services, to payments made by the debtor, everything is logged so that at any given time, clients can gain a clear picture of the progress of their case.
Access management reports
Throughout the lifetime of any case, a number of management reports will be created and shared via the portal to offer clarity to the client as to the status of the claim. Everything remains on the portal and can be accessed at any time. The types of reports loaded into Debt Manager include monthly performance reports, liquidation reports, customer reports, stage reports and file closure reports. Clients receive a notification when a new report becomes available and our team is on hand to explain what each specific report relates to.
