As a client you will be given access to our online Debt Manager portal. You can track and audit your cases, view all communications whether by email, letter or telephone. You can also track costs and payments collected at any given time and download a number of management reports.
Debt Manager also enables you to communicate with us directly through the portal and you can upload correspondence and new cases to us directly which expedites the debt recovery process. Any updates either from you or LRC are recorded in real time and can be viewed instantly.
Our Client Services team will be able to undertake training and answer any questions you may have once you have been provided with access to the Debt Manager portal.
